How it started…..

Hi, I’m Emily—a woman in her early 50s standing at the edge of a brand-new chapter. In less than 30 days, I’ll be sending my first child off to college (cue all the emotions), and with that, I’m entering a season of rediscovery. Lost Chapters, Found Places is where I share the journey. It will be part travel journal, part wellness diary, part personal reinvention project.
Here, I write about navigating the shifting roles of motherhood, exploring the world solo or sometimes with my husband, prioritizing fitness and nutrition in midlife, and picking up new hobbies and skills just for the joy of it.
